Wedding Day Inspiration & Experience
Why did you chose the season you did for your Wedding?
July in Montana is a magical month of the year where the days are long and warm, and the evenings are the perfect temperature to have a fire and continue enjoying the outdoors. We wanted our guests coming in from out of town to get the most out of their trip and have long days to enjoy outdoor activities and glacier national park.
Did you have inspiring Elements or story behind your decor?
I am always inspired by the spirit of Montana and the colors in the mountains and nature. The gorgeous wooden log pavillion was also included in the inspiration of colors for the wedding. We decided to embrase the color of the orange and use colors that coordinated and felt natural all together. My dress also was an inspiration bcause of the large organic flowers on the dress. So we decided to choose soft rustic roses in blush, cream, and orange tones to tie in the venue. We incorporated aspen trees as our center pieces in water with Montana river rock at the bases of each one. The blue water goblets completed the color pallet of green, creams, blush, blue and orange.
Details: Tell about your Wedding details & what you loved about them?
There was a reason or story behind almost every single element of our wedding. Not everyone would know what those details were but the people who knew the stories behind the different elements all picked up on them and made the evening more intimate.
